PHOENIX-Entities inherited by a private equity group based in Southern California have acquired two distribution and manufacturing facilities in West Valley for approximately $13.3 million. The buildings, bought by BC5 44 LLC and BC5 LLC, are located at 5502 W. Buckeye Road and 4524 N. 44th Ave. in Phoenix.
