TYRONE, GA-Phillips Edison ARC-Shopping Center REIT Inc. has purchased two Publix-anchored retail centers totaling 150,000 square feet of space in South Carolina and Georgia for a approximately $15.2 million. The firm has acquired Southampton Village, a center that contains roughly 78,000 square feet in Tyrone, Georgia, and Centerpoint, a center that contains more than 72,000 square feet of space in Easley, South Carolina.
