MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has brokered a two lease deals totaling 7,000 square feet at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford. Advanced Van & Truck Equipment, Inc. has renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 4154 Incubator Court and Transit Designs, LLC signed a new lease for 2,000 square feet of space at 711 Progress Way.
