Bradley Mortgage Capital Corp. will move from its Cherry Creek location to a 34,264-square-foot space; Dean Evans & Associates Inc. will relocate from the Denver Tech Center to 16,977 square feet; and Aegis Investment Partners LLC will also relocate from another DTC location to the Peakview Tower.
