MIAMI-TotalBank is all set to take control over two apartment complexes located in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. The bank has won a $23.2 million foreclosure judgment against the owners of the complexes. Omas Investment's apartment complex comprising 119 units at 1620 and 1700 N.W. 46th Avenue in Lauderhill is slated for online auction on November 8 2011.
