HENDERSONVILLE, TN-Memphis-based Mid-America Apartment Communities has paid $33 million for Aventura at Indian Lake Village, an apartment complex consisting of 300 units at 245 Indian Lake Blvd. in Hendersonville. The apartment complex was sold by St. Louis, Missouri-based MLP Development.
