NEW YORK CITY-Joseph Moinian has placed a development site located at 605 W. 42nd Street on the market for sale. Jones Lang LaSalle's Stephen Shapiro, Scott Latham, Jon Caplan, Richard Baxter and Ron Cohen will handle the sale of the property. The site was allocated for a 65-floor rental apartment tower measuring 1.1 million square feet. The shovel-ready site has secured the permission of the Buildings Dept.
