NEW YORK CITY-The Drunken Horse Wine Bar will begin its second Manhattan location in January. The wine bar has leased 450 square feet at 405 W. 44th St. situated between Ninth and Tenth avenues for 10 years.

The transaction also covers a 150-square-foot basement. Asking rent for the lease was $120 per square foot. Sam Zagoren from Square Foot Realty represented the tenant, while Howard Aaron and Aaron Gavios, also from the firm, represented Silvershore Properties, the landlord, in the lease negotiation.
