LONDON-Goodman has obtained planning consent to build a 130,000-square-foot print works at Thurrock Commercial Park in Essex for A&N Media, the consumer media firm DMGT plc. The company has separately leased 4.1 acres of plot to The Co-operative Group.
A&N Media will move from Surrey Quays to Thurrock Commercial Park. The move represents a GBP 50-million investment for A&N Media in the new plant. Goodman is expecting to complete the project in June 2012. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
