MERRIFIELD, VA-A fully-leased industrial property in Merrifield has changed hands. Virginia Business has reported that Stanford Dorr LLC, an affiliate of Stanford Properties has sold the industrial building, which measures 34,000 square feet, for $6.8 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The industrial building traded for 201 per square foot. It is situated close to the Dunn-Loring-Merrified Metro station. Joe Friedman of McShea and Co. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
