NEW YORK CITY-Two companies have signed leases in an office building located at 260 Madison Avenue. Akam Associates, a property management firm based in New York, has leased 23,000 square feet in the office tower owned by the Sapir Organization, while Arik Eshel, an accounting firm based in Israel, has leased 17,000 square feet. The total area of the two buildings is one million square feet.
