AURORA, IL-Windy City Distribution, a specialist in craft beers, has purchased a warehouse located at 1103 Butterfield Road in Aurora for $7.3 million. Plainfield-based First Community Bank offered a $3.5 million loan for the acquisition of the industrial property measuring 174,300 square feet. Moreover, the city of Aurora also offered tax-increment financing worth roughly $4 million for the purchase.
