ARLINGTON, VA-The Donohoe Cos. Inc. has secured $36 million in construction loan for Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Ballston. The company has started the construction work on the hotel on Tuesday.
The hotel, coming up at 650 North Quincy St., is part of Founders Square. It is designed by BBG-BBGM, an architecture firm. Capital One Bank provided the construction loan for the Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Ballston project. The project will include a 1,880-square-foot retail space.
