
JESSUP, MD-Angelo, Gordon & Co., a firm based in New York, has purchased an industrial building spanning 171,000 square feet at 8704 Bollman Place in Jessup for an amount of $16.8 million. The building, situated in the Corridor Industrial Park, was sold by MCG Capital.
The property was constructed in 1984 and refurbished in 2004, and is 100% leased to Coastal Sunbelt. Jay Wellschlager and Jonathan M. Carpenter from Capital Markets Group at Cassidy Turley represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
