CAPE CORAL, FL-Courtelis Company has closed two new retail leases totaling 6,730 square feet at the Shops at Surfside, an 180,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Cape Coral. Woody's Waterside Grill has taken 5,470 square feet for its second Lee County restaurant and Kids Kingdom has occupied 1,260 square feet for an indoor kid's playroom at the center.
