BUFFALO, NY-Gemcor Inc. has retained McGuire Development Co. to work on its expansion of West Seneca headquarters. McGuire will collaborate with Gemcor to choose a construction manager and architect for the projected $3.1-million development.
An incentive package for the roughly 27,000-square-foot expansion was approved in September by the Erie County Industrial Development Agency.
