Dortmund, Germany-A German project developer has sold a 129,166-square-foot mixed-use building in Schutzenstrasse, Dortmund, for about EUR 25 million. The property, which is currently 97% leased, was purchased by an international investor based in Netherlands.
The mixed-use property comprises 32,291 square feet of retail space and 76,423 square feet of office space. An additional 12,916 square feet of space has been leased to the City of Dortmund for 20 years. Savills advised the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
