NEW YORK CITY-Viking Global Investors has renewed its 25,000-square-foot lease and expanded its space by 15,000 square feet at 280 Park Ave., a 1.2-million-square-foot building at 48th Street. Vornado and SLG are planning to redesign the building that will cost between $60 million and $100 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
