NEW YORK CITY-According to familiar sources, Coach Inc. has inked a nonbinding deal to lease roughly 600,000 square feet or one-third of a new office tower to be built by the Related Cos. at its proposed Hudson Yards development. Coach intends to relocate its headquarters into the 1.8-million-square-foot office building to be constructed at 10th Avenue and 30th Street.
