WARMINSTER, PA-Roddy Inc. has handled the sale of an industrial building in Warminster. Global CF Holdings has purchased the single-story industrial building measuring 13,816 square feet in the Warwick Commons Industrial Park at 2015 Stout Drive for $1.31 million.
Global CF Holdings will use the property for Global Chem Feed Solutions, an associated entity that supplies tools for electric generation plants. The seller of the Stout Drive building was not revealed. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
