EXTON, PA-Conshohocken-based Hayden Real Estate Fund has purchased an office building in Exton for an amount of $4 million. The 835 Springdale Drive property is the sister building to MIM Hayden-owned 855 Springdale Drive.
The office building, which measures 51,000 square feet, was sold by BET Investments of Horsham. KEM Inc., an environmental company based in Chester County, has leased space in the 835 Springdale building. With the KEM lease, the occupancy rate has reached 100% at the office building.
