NEW YORK CITY-Hewlett-Packard has inked a lease for the 34,500-square-foot Chelsea Art Museum building. The 10-year lease will begin from January 1 2012 and has an extension option for five more years. A venture between Richard Born's BD Equities and the Albanese Development Corp. is the owner of the three-floor loft building situated at 556 W. 22nd Street.

In the deal, Murray Hill Properties negotiated on behalf of the owner, while the tenant was represented by CBRE's Jenny Ogden and Pat Murphy. For the full story, go to New York Post .
