HOUSTON-NewQuest Properties of Houston has sold off some of its retail properties in Houston and other sections of Texas for $197 million to Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. The retail assets sold by NewQuest total approximately 900,000 square feet.
Inland has recently purchased Cy Fair Town Center, Antoine Town Center and Eldridge Lakes in Houston; Bay Colony Town Center and Victory Lakes Town Center in League City; and Sherman Town Center in Sherman from NewQuest. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
