ARVADA, CO-JP Arbor Village LLC has purchased a recently renovated shopping center in Arvada for $7.4 million. The Arbor Village Phase I, a 34,317-square-foot retail center at 8770 Wadsworth Blvd., was sold by AV 1 LLC.
The center is leased to various tenants including the Credit Union of Colorado, Taco Bell, Tokyo Joe's, Vineland Liquors and Wendy's. Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented AV 1 LLC along with David Spriggs of Legend Retail Group. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
