DENVER-Chotin Properties LLC, of Denver, has purchased a two-story office structure in the Denver Tech Center at 5675 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village for an amount of $2.4 million. The property was sold by 5675 DTC LLC.
Chotin, a subsidiary of the Chotin Group Corp., has plans to improve the building and relocate there towards the end of 2012. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross, and the seller was represented by Cassidy Turley Fuller. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
