CHICAGO-Construction is started on AMLI River North, a luxury apartment tower at 71 West Hubbard Street in Chicago. The developer of the 50-floor apartment building is AMLI Residential Partners. The building will feature 409 apartments, a 4,500-square-foot retail space on ground floor and 262 parking spaces. Friedman Properties will manage and lease the retail space. The average size of the units, including studios, penthouses and convertibles, will be 866 square feet.
