ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL-Continental Realty Corporation has acquired a 30,500-square-foot retail center in Royal Palm Beach for an amount of $5.05 million. The property, situated at 101 S. SR 7 near the junction of Southern Boulevard, is fully leased to Office Depot and Mattress Giant.
The property traded for $165 per square foot. Continental Realty purchased the center on behalf of a realty fund sponsored by a subsidiary of the company. Marcus & Millichap's Clinton Texter represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
