SEATTLE-Holland Partners, an apartment developer based in Vancouver, Washington, has filed preparatory paperwork with Seattle board members for another apartment complex. The company is planning to build a seven-story multifamily complex consisting of 300 units at 1319 Dexter Ave. N.

The complex will come up on a 0.9-acre site at Dexter and Lee Street. Holland is already constructing a 284-unit complex at 901 Dexter. The city's Queen Anne/Magnolia Design Review Board is expected to consider the new Dexter complex on December 7. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
