WASHINGTON, DC-Citybizlist.com reported that Kettler Inc. has started work on its residential complex to be constructed at 450 K St. in Mount Vernon Triangle. The $80 million development will have 233 units and a street-level retail space spanning over 7,000 square feet. The project's partners are Bohler Engineering and R2L:Architects. Construction on the project will begin in 2012, with completion scheduled in 2014.
