FRANKFURT-LaSalle Investment Management, on behalf of E-REGI special fund, has acquired two office buildings in Germany. LaSalle's E-REGI special fund has acquired the 2-Scheiben office structure in the PLACE 4 Business Park in Ratingen and the 13/15 Junghofstrase office building in Frankfurt.
The 2-Scheiben office building houses Coca-Cola's Western Region headquarters. The PLACE 4 business park also accommodates Nokia, SAP and Esprit. Junghofstrase office building is leased to Morgan Stanley Deutschland. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
