FOLSOM, CA-Kevin Carson, president of The New Home Co.'s northern California division, has announced that the company has acquired 128 single-family detached plots within The Parkway in Folsom. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
The 612-acre community is located at Parkway Drive North and Blue Ravine. The New Home Co. will work with architects regarding the design of the homes. The size of the single-family homes will range from 1,700 to 2,100 square feet. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
