PARIS-Hammerson has agreed to sell an additional 24% interest in the 968,751-square-foot O'Parinor shopping centre in Aulnay-sous-Bois near Paris to a Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP client. With this acquisition, the Rockspring client's interest in the center has reached 75%.
Hammerson owns the center along with Carrefour and Redevco. The company acquired the center in 2002 and completed a 258,333-square-foot expansion in 2008. Principal occupiers in the center include Go Sport, Darty and Fnac. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
