CORAL SPRINGS, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services closed the sale of a Publix shadow-anchored shopping center called Brookside Square in Coral Springs. A limited liability company purchased the retail center from an individual/personal trust for $2,425,000. Brookside Square measuring 21,200 square feet is located at 10611 Wiles Road.
