NANUET, NY-Rockland County’s oldest mall, the Nanuet Mall, is getting a makeover, courtesy owner Simon Properties. According to lohud.com, the mall is going upscale and will be revamped into a single-story, outdoor mall with more upscale shops and a “Main Street” feel. Simon Properties presented its plan for “the Shops at Nanuet” Wednesday night at an informal Clarkstown Planning Board meeting.
