BRADFORD, UK-Harrogate-based Ripley Asset Management has purchased a retail investment in the center of Halifax for the Longcross Investment Fund. The company has bought 26-30 Southgate, which contains 5,000 square feet of retail space, from a private seller for an amount of GBP 1.78 million.

Current occupiers in the Halifax retail site are the Banana Beach Tanning Company and Sports Direct. Ripley is managed by Michael Hardman and Julian D'Arcy. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
