HIGH POINT, NC-National Commercial Auctioneers has announced that an empty industrial building measuring 100,000 square feet at 240 Berkley St. in High Point will be sold in a foreclosure auction on November 15. The industrial facility, situated off Interstate 85 at Exit 118, contains 18-foot ceilings, outside storage, fire and security systems.
