ST. CHARLES, IL-Schaumburg-based JCF Real Estate is planning to construct a $40-million rental housing project in St. Charles. The company plans to submit its proposal for the 375-unit apartment complex project to the St. Charles City Council.
JCF plans to start construction next April. The unnamed project will come up on an 18-acre site beside the 50-acre Corporate Reserve of St. Charles business park. The proposed plans for the development will be presented to the council next week. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
