NEW YORK CITY-Marex Spectron, an outfit based in London, has signed a sublease deal for six years with Soleil Securities for 20,000 square feet of space at 360 Madison Ave. situated between East 45th and East 46th streets. Asking rent for the lease was $45 per square foot.
