CHANTILLY, VA-NJVC, an information technology company, has leased Plaza East I, a 124,400-square-foot office building located at 14295 Park Meadow Drive in Chantilly, for 10 years. Rockpoint Group LLC and MRP Realty acquired the property in August 2010 for $30 million from creditor General Electric Co.
