ROMEOVILLE, IL-Distribution 2000 Inc. is expanding its industrial space in Interstate 55. The warehousing firm has signed a lease for approximately 236,000 square feet of space at 1165 Crossroads Parkway in Romeoville.
The company, which operates in two adjacent locations in Bolingbrook, is consolidating the space into the 471,500-square-foot Crossroads Parkway building. The warehousing firm plans to relocate to the new location early next year. NAI Hiffman's Dan Leahy represented TA Associates Realty, the landlord, in the lease deal.
