HANOVER, GERMANY-Goodman Group is developing a new built-to-suit supply center in Hanover for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. The company is building the new production facility measuring roughly 484,375 square feet for Volkswagen.
Goodman purchased an area of 893,404 square feet in Hanover's Schwarze Heide commercial area. Volkswagen will use the 322,917-square-foot space as a storage area and the remaining 161,458 square feet will be used as a refrigerated storage area. Construction started in early September.
