MILWAUKEE-A judge has proclaimed the foreclosure as well as public auction of a 29,600-square-foot building on North Water Street in downtown Milwaukee. Buffalo Wild Wings occupies the first floor of the four-story building.

In May, BMO Harris Bank NA filed a lawsuit against Water Street Design Center LLC, the property owner. In late October, William Sosnay, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge, ruled that the owner owes the bank $2.46 million. The judge also ordered the sale of the Water Street property.
