RESTON, VA-Boston Properties Inc. has gained a major tenant for its One Reston Overlook property situated near Reston Town Center in Reston. Bechtel Corp., a defense contractor, has agreed to occupy nearly 200,000 square feet of space at One Reston Overlook, a 320,000-square-foot structure at 12011 Sunset Hills Road.
The defense contractor is taking over the former Northrop Grumman Corp. space at the One Reston Overlook building. It is also occupying space at Two Reston Overlook. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
