NEW YORK CITY-The Brodsky Organization has obtained $120 million in construction loan late last month for its long-planned condominium project on Upper East Side. The company plans to start construction on the 19-story residential building on East 79th Street situated between Lexington and Park avenues in January.

The Brodsky Organization purchased the property in 2008 from Hunter College for $65 million. The condo property is expected to be finished during the second half of 2013. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
