FORT WASHINGTON, MD-District-based Federal Capital Partners has purchased River Pointe, a garden apartment complex consisting of 170 units at 8310-8434 Indian Head Highway in Fort Washington. The real estate investment company has paid $15.2 million for the multifamily property.
The Fort Washington property is 98% occupied. Federal Capital Partners has retained Gates Hudson & Associates to manage the apartment complex. The sale was brokered by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
