PARIS-Henderson Global Investors has purchased Galerie des Ailes retail centre in Le Blanc Mesnil, France, and Real Hypermarket and Gallery situated in Dreieich, Germany, for approximately EUR 100 million. The company has acquired the two properties on behalf of its European Retail Property Fund - HERALD.
Galerie des Ailes is an 118,403-square-foot retail center and Real Hypermarket and Gallery is a 247,569-square-foot retail warehouse. Jones Lang LaSalle and WilmerHale advised Henderson in France and Germany, respectively. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
