TAMPA, FL-LCM Group has leased 5,000 square feet in the Wells Fargo Center at 100 S. Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa. The investment management firm will occupy the 21st- and 22nd-floor space in the high-rise building in mid-December.
Tampa-based Kreher Architects is remodeling the space for LCM Group. John DeLaVergne with DeLaVergne & Co. represented the tenant, and Claire Calzon with Colliers International Tampa Bay represented USAA Real Estate Co., the landlord, in the lease deal.
