TAMPA, FL-Eric Odum from Net Lease Commercial Advisory, Inc. has closed the sale of the Tampa Theatre office condo, which measures 4,100 square feet at 707 North Franklin St., for $140,000 on behalf of the seller. The buyer was represented by the Shasteen-Sizemore Company's Lisa Shasteen.
