LOS ALAMITOS, CA-Sullen Clothing Inc., a clothing maker, is relocating its headquarters to Los Alamitos from Huntington Beach. The company has signed a three-year lease for 12,600 square feet of space in Los Alamitos.
Sullen Clothing has leased the office and warehouse space from LL-Yellen Properties. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services' Gavin Denniston and Mike Barreiro, while the landlord was represented by GM Properties' Jason Jamison.
