LONDON-Heron International, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers and the Co-operative Insurance Society have inked two new lease deals totaling 16,931 square feet at The Peak office and retail development situated on the opposite side of Victoria Station in London. Wates Group has leased 10,826 square feet and G4S has leased 6,105 square feet at The Peak.
